Appleton Farms' new premier cheese is so fresh, it doesn't have a name yet! An 8-month cave-aged cheddar-style cheese made with Appleton Farms' own Jersey cow milk by local cheesemakers, Liz & Peter Mulholland, of Valley View Farmstead in Topsfield, MA
