Pork Bolognese Ingredients:

Beef Bolognese

Beef and Sausage Bolognese
Ingredients: Trustees Grown beef, Pig Rock Farms hot Italian sausage ( pork, pork fat, water, spices, kosher salt) Appleton Farms carrots, Appleton Farms onion, garlic, San Marzano tomato (tomato, tomato puree, basil, salt, citric acid) tomato puree, organic red wine, Appleton Farms vegetable stock (carrots, onion, celery, butternut squash, red and green bell pepper, green bean, bay leaf, thyme, salt) thyme, bay leaf, rosemary, oregano, basil, RonnyBrook Farms heavy cream, parmesan cheese (pasteurized part-skim cow milk, cheese cultures, salt, enzymes, potato starch, powdered cellulose, natamycin) salt.
