Creamline and Alpine wedges are made by Anna Cantelmo of Bell & Goose Cheese Co. at Heron Pond Farm in South Hampton NH. Creamline - Semi-soft cheese with tiny eyes & tangy cream flavor, falls somewhere between a Munster and Havarti. Great for melting or munching. Alpine - Asiago style, aged 8 months to one year.
