Eggplants
Turkish Delight: Elongated shape and minimal seeds for quick cooking and rich flavor. Prolific yields of highly uniform, straight fruit with rich flavor. Avg. 8–10" long.
Orient Express: High-yielding plants produce armloads of attractive, slender, glossy fruits 8–10" long by 1 1/2–2 1/2" diameter. Ready up to 2 weeks before other early varieties. Sets fruit in cool weather and under heat stress. Tender, delicately flavored, and quick-cooking.
Fairy Tale: Purple and white mini eggplant. Attractive, 2–4" long by 3/4–1 1/4" diameter, fruits are borne abundantly on compact 18-24" plants. Wonderful flavor with no bitterness and very few seeds.
Online orders are fulfilled on Wednesdays. Orders placed after 6AM EST on Wednesdays will ship the following week. If you have any questions about products or about your order and/or shipping times, please email shop@thetrustees.org.
All orders ship via USPS (Ground Advantage, Priority or First Class mail), depending on weight, size, and shipping location. A confirmation email and shipment tracking email will be sent to the address used to place the order.
