Ideal gift for bird and nature enthusiasts! Lightweight ornaments created by a cooperative of artisans on Isla Solentiname, Nicaragua. Inspired by nature and hand-carved with a  machete, and painted with realistic detail. Made with sustainably harvested balsa wood and non-toxic acrylic paint. Perfect for year round decorations and holiday ornaments. 


Shipping & Delivery

Online orders are fulfilled on Wednesdays. Orders placed after 6AM EST on Wednesdays will ship the following week. If you have any questions about products or about your order and/or shipping times, please email shop@thetrustees.org.

All orders ship via USPS Priority or First Class mail, depending on weight and size. A confirmation email and shipment tracking email will be sent to the address used to place the order.
