Elderberry
Elderberry shrubs, with their vibrant purple-black berries, are prized for their immune-boosting properties. These bushes grow 6-10 feet tall, thrive in full sun or partial shade, and are adaptable to most soil types. Elderberries have a rich history in herbal medicine, and their flowers are also used to make teas and syrups.
