About the Vendor | Powisset Kitchen is run by our in-house chef, Thi Bowles. We use only the best ingredients from our own Trustees farms and local farms. All items are made to order in advance of pick up to guarantee the freshest flavors.
Online orders are fulfilled on Wednesdays. Orders placed after 6AM EST on Wednesdays will ship the following week. If you have any questions about products or about your order and/or shipping times, please email shop@thetrustees.org.
All orders ship via USPS (Ground Advantage, Priority or First Class mail), depending on weight, size, and shipping location. A confirmation email and shipment tracking email will be sent to the address used to place the order.
