Carrot Cake Cupcakes with Cream Cheese Frosting

Classic carrot cake with toasted pecans and orange infused cream cheese frosting. 
(box of 4 | cupcakes | serves 4)

Ingredients: Cake: Granulated Sugar, Carrots, Local Wheat Flour, Vegetable Oil, Eggs, Pecans, Vanilla Extract, Baking Powder, Cinnamon, Salt, Baking Soda, Ginger, Clove. Frosting: Granulated Sugar, Cream Cheese (pasteurized milk and cream, salt, carob bean gum, cheese culture), Butter, Vanilla Extract, Orange Zest, Salt. This is a refrigerated item, baked fresh at the Appleton Farms kitchen each morning.

About the Vendor | Appleton Farms Kitchen is led by expert baker, Jess Porter. We use ingredients from our farms whenever possible and supplement with only the best ingredients from local farms and vendors. All items are baked at Appleton Farms, from scratch and to order.

    Shipping & Delivery

    Online orders are fulfilled on Wednesdays. Orders placed after 6AM EST on Wednesdays will ship the following week. If you have any questions about products or about your order and/or shipping times, please email shop@thetrustees.org.

    All orders ship via USPS (Ground Advantage, Priority or First Class mail), depending on weight, size, and shipping location. A confirmation email and shipment tracking email will be sent to the address used to place the order.
