Quiche Lorraine:  
Classic Appleton Quiche made with North Country Organic Black Forest Ham and Gruyere Cheese and our all-butter pie crust. (serves 5-6) 

Free range eggs | all butter crust 

Ingredients: Milk, Eggs, Heavy Cream, North Country Ham (Organic pork, water, sea salt, organic turbinado sugar, organic cultured celery powder (organic celery powder, sea salt), organic maple syrup, organic vinegar), Gruyere Cheese (pasteurized part-skim milk, cheese cultures, salt, enzymes, potato starch, and powdered cellulose added to prevent caking, natamycin (a natural mold inhibitor), Chives, Butter, Locally milled wheat Flour, Olive Oil, Pepper, Salt, Pepper. Crust: Locally milled wheat Flour, Cabot Butter, Water, Salt. Please note, this quiche comes frozen with home baking instructions.

About the Vendor | Appleton Farms Kitchen is led by expert baker, Jess Porter. We use ingredients from our farms whenever possible and supplement with only the best ingredients from local farms and vendors. All items are baked at Appleton Farms, from scratch and to order.

    Shipping & Delivery

    Online orders are fulfilled on Wednesdays. Orders placed after 6AM EST on Wednesdays will ship the following week. If you have any questions about products or about your order and/or shipping times, please email shop@thetrustees.org.

    All orders ship via USPS (Ground Advantage, Priority or First Class mail), depending on weight, size, and shipping location. A confirmation email and shipment tracking email will be sent to the address used to place the order.
