Online Store Policies

Shipping Policies
We offer shipping on all online items EXCEPT for:

  • Groceries and perishable food items
  • Plants and bulbs
  • Virtual sale events (i.e. Crane Estate Art show items)

Shipping Information & Timing
We ship all items via USPS Priority or First Class mail. Orders are typically fulfilled within 2 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your item ships.

Pick-Up Policies
Many of our properties offer order online and pick-up in-person on site. After you have added items to your cart and go through the checkout process, you will be presented with options for "Pick-Up" or "Shipping". If you order multiple items from multiple locations, you will not be presented with a "Pick-Up" option at checkout. You will only be presented with "Pick-Up" if all items are from the same location. 

  • Please make sure to take note of the pick-up times on the Property Pages. Each location operates with different hours.
  • You will receive an email or text when your items are ready for pick-up.

*If you chose "Shipping" when you wanted to choose "Pick-Up" simply email shop@thetrustees.org with your order number and we will refund your shipping (if applicable) and make note in our system of the change.

Returns & Exchanges
As a non-profit organization, we do not typically offer returns or exchanges on merchandise. However, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please reach out to shop@thetrustees.org within 14 days of your purchase and we will work together to make sure you are satisfied.
