This share will consist of a mix of 100% grass-fed beef and pastured pork. Your share will include a variety of cuts that enable us to follow nose to tail butchering practices. This includes items that we love to eat as the colder weather approaches, such as ground meat, sausages, steak cuts, stew and soups cuts and roasts. Each pickup is unique and will include a variety, though not all, of the listed items, plus other cuts. Product offerings vary given the seasonality of our farm. If you have any specific dietary restrictions, please reach out to us, and we will do our best to accommodate. All meat is stored frozen and should be kept frozen until ready to eat.
