Just as birds have yearly rhythms, so do insects, bees, beetles, and butterflies. Wildlife experts Dominic Couzens and Gail Ashton discover 52 minibeasts from around the world, every week of the year.

We delve into the world of the lethal Sydney funnel-web spider in Australian gardens, the migratory mission of the Monarch butterfly in America, and the life of the backdoor scorpions in South Africa. Among the seasonal behavior, the authors have woven history and folkloric tales.
These brilliant stories are complemented by wonderful, commissioned illustrations that bring out the beauty of the entomological world. A QR code for each entry takes you to a video or audio file to further explore the habits of these intriguing creatures. A book for any nature lover to reveal the true wonder of our insect neighbors.

We currently offer 2 ways to shop with The Trustees online:
1. Order online & shipped to you: Select "Ship" as the delivery method at checkout. All orders are sent via USPS Priority Mail and you will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. Please Note: This is the only way to order items from multiple properties.
2. Order online & pick-up in-person: Select "Pick-Up" as the delivery method at checkout. Your order will be ready for pick-up at the location listed. You will receive an email or text when your order is ready for pick-up. Please Note: If you have multiple items from multiple properties, you will not be able to select "Pick-Up".
Online orders are fulfilled on Wednesdays. Orders placed after 6AM EST on Wednesdays will ship the following week. If you have any questions about products or about your order and/or shipping times, please email shop@thetrustees.org.
All orders ship via USPS (Ground Advantage, Priority or First Class mail), depending on weight and size. A confirmation email and shipment tracking email will be sent to the address used to place the order.
