Small batch, handcrafted, naturally leavened buns made right in the Appleton Farms Kitchen. This loaf is made with locally grown soft white & hard red wheat, freshly milled by Ground Up Grain in Hadley, MA. The dough is made using a long fermentation process, which increases flavor, nutrition and shelf life.
About the Vendor | Appleton Farms Kitchen is led by expert baker, Jess Porter. We use ingredients from our farms whenever possible and supplement with only the best ingredients from local farms and vendors. All items are baked at Appleton Farms, from scratch and to order.

All orders ship via USPS (Ground Advantage, Priority or First Class mail), depending on weight, size, and shipping location. A confirmation email and shipment tracking email will be sent to the address used to place the order. Whenever possible, we consolidate orders for products from multiple properties into fewer shipments.
