About the Vendor | Powisset Kitchen is run by our in-house chef, Charlotte Tracy. We use only the best ingredients from our own Trustees farms and local farms. All items are made to order in advance of pick up to guarantee the freshest flavors.

All orders ship via USPS (Ground Advantage, Priority or First Class mail), depending on weight, size, and shipping location. A confirmation email and shipment tracking email will be sent to the address used to place the order. Whenever possible, we consolidate orders for products from multiple properties into fewer shipments.
