All of our Sauces are housemade with all fresh, high quality ingredients.
Our Alfredo sauce is made from the best quality unsalted butter, fresh cream, parmesan cheese, milk, white pepper, nutmeg, and salt. It is velvety smooth and rich tasting. A light coating is all you need to enhance any of our pastas.
Our Tomato Basil Pesto is made with fresh basil from California, extra virgin olive oil and Romano cheese. This is one of our most popular sauces. It can be used on hot pasta as well as pasta salads or a tapenade topping. For a classic combination, mix with lemon linguine.

All orders ship via USPS (Ground Advantage, Priority or First Class mail), depending on weight, size, and shipping location. A confirmation email and shipment tracking email will be sent to the address used to place the order. Whenever possible, we consolidate orders for products from multiple properties into fewer shipments.
